Dr. Childs is a Detroit area native who attended U of M Dearborn undergraduate and Rosalind Franklin University, The Chicago Medical School.  She trained at the Advocate Lutheran General Family Medicine Residency in Chicago.  She is married with five children.  Her practice is based at Deighton and includes care of pregnant women, children and the elderly.  She is interested in outside activities like swimming, running, hiking and attending U of M football games
